Printing Process
Step 1 Create an artwork designed by your PC or Mac, and the color should be CMYK mode, and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi.
Step 2 Use EPSON printer with CISS and sublimation ink to print a mirror image to sublimation paper.
Step 3 Stick the printed sublimation paper to the surface of the polymer blank with heat resistance tapes.
Step 4 For polymer mugs printing, insert the metal tool inside the mug to hold the shape of polymer when it get heated, then place it in the mug press machine.
Step 5 Set heating temperature and timing on the machine. BMP01: Time: 40s; Temperature: 330oF
Step 6 For polymer mugs, when the press machine stop heating, cut the power down and remove the metal insert tool as soon as possible. Please remember to wear a heat resistance glove removing the metal otherwise your hands could be hurt. |
